Making a new digital marketing hire can be a challenge. It’s a time-consuming process full of unknowns and risk. What if your new hire doesn’t deliver as expected? Even if your new hire is phenomenal, your digital marketing needs may have changed by the time they actually start.
Headcount in any organisation is a lot more difficult to find than OpEx to pay for one-off services and agencies, and for good reason. On top of salaries, you need to worry about taxes, training, equipment and even making sure you have enough coffee in the office. Of course all that is nothing compared to the time taken to manage a new member of staff. People management is a skill in itself and one you need to get good at if you want to make new digital hires.
The solution is the Netflix of digital marketing
FullerFunnels is a unique subscription-based digital marketing management and strategic consultancy for growing businesses in B2B markets. Our mission is to provide small businesses with strategic insight and operational excellence, as and when they need it.
We offer small and medium-sized businesses a risk-free and low-cost way to remove the burden of digital marketing off their shoulders and to do lists. Get your own digital marketing manager without long-term commitment or the overhead costs of employing someone full time.
Isn’t this just like using a digital marketing agency?
We want our subscription-based B2B digital marketing service to sit between using an agency and in-house person. We know at some point you will need an internal team, our solution is a stepping stone.
- Unlike an agency, you work directly with one UK based digital marketer. That person is your digital marketing manager. Your work doesn’t go off to someone you’ll never see or meet.
- Unlike an agency we can take part in your team meetings, we’ll be on hand to answer questions when you have them. We become part of your team, in the same way, a digital marketing manager would.
You pay a flat rate based on the services you need. We don’t charge management fees and we’re transparent about what we do and don’t offer.
How do you get started?
Getting started is simple. Send us a message with a high-level description of your objectives and we can setup an initial call to discuss your options. Monthly subscriptions start from £500 per month.
Frequently asked questions about subscription-based digital marketing
When should you work with an agency instead?
Our FullerFunnels subscription-based service is designed to replicate the advantages of having a digital marketing manager without the overhead. This means we are not offering a full-service agency solution. You’re working with a named digital marketing manager who can work with your internal teams and existing agencies. The digital marketing manager doesn’t have a large supporting team behind them. Agencies have account managers who pass the work to others in the team, with FullerFunnels we have digital marketing managers who do the work themselves.
What happens if you stop working with us?
If your subscription lapses then your digital marketing subscription stops, you can, of course, re-activate your subscription. Where possible you will have logins to all the services we use so you will be able to continue running those services yourself. we won’t go in and turn anything off. Where we are hosting landing pages for you, these will go offline.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
The minimum period is one month. We recommend trying our service for 3 months to see the full benefits. Your subscription is charged monthly. If you cancel any time in that month we’ll work up to the end of the month but your subscription will not renew.
Will the digital marketing manager be based on my office?
To keep costs for you as low as possible your digital marketing manager will work remotely. We use video conferencing, Skype, Slack and other tools to keep us all connected.
What are the limitations of the service
With our subscription-based model, you have access to one digital marketing manager directly to deliver services for you. That means they will only be working on one task or campaign at a time.
